Internship Terms & Code of Conduct

Important: By applying to and participating in the Flux PR Lab internship program, you agree to these terms and code of conduct.
1. Program Structure
- This is a learning-focused program with fees, not a paid employment position
- Duration options: 4 weeks (intensive), 8 weeks (standard), or 12 weeks (comprehensive)
- Includes live lectures, recorded content, assignments, and project work
- Expected commitment: 8-15 hours per week
2. No Placement Guarantee
Flux PR Lab does not guarantee job placement or employment. We provide:
- Skills training and mentorship
- Portfolio-building opportunities
- Certificate of completion (upon meeting requirements)
- Referral support for top performers
Career outcomes depend on your effort, skills developed, and market conditions.
3. Fees & Payments
- Program fees are shared after application review
- Fees are non-refundable once the program starts
- Payment plans may be available upon request
4. Attendance & Participation
- Minimum 80% attendance required for certification
- All assignments must be submitted on time
- Active participation in sessions is expected
- Missed sessions can be made up via recordings
5. Certification Requirements
To receive a certificate, you must:
- Maintain at least 80% attendance
- Submit all required assignments
- Complete the final portfolio project
- Deliver a final presentation
6. Intellectual Property
- Course materials (lectures, templates, resources) are property of Flux PR Lab
- You may not share, resell, or distribute course materials
- Your portfolio projects remain your own work
- Flux PR Lab may use anonymized examples of intern work for promotional purposes
7. Confidentiality
- Any client information shared during the program is strictly confidential
- Do not share internal processes, strategies, or proprietary methods
- This obligation continues after the program ends
Code of Conduct
8. Professional Behavior
All interns are expected to:
- Communicate respectfully with mentors, staff, and fellow interns
- Be punctual for sessions and meetings
- Complete work honestly and authentically
- Ask questions and seek help when needed
- Provide constructive feedback when invited
9. Academic Integrity
- All work submitted must be your own
- Plagiarism or copying will result in dismissal
- AI tools may be used where permitted, with proper disclosure
- Collaboration is encouraged only where specified
10. Zero Tolerance Policy
The following behaviors will result in immediate dismissal without refund:
- Harassment or discrimination of any kind
- Sharing confidential information
- Plagiarism or academic dishonesty
- Disrespectful or abusive communication
- Misrepresentation of your work or credentials
11. Communication Guidelines
- Use designated channels (WhatsApp groups, email) for communication
- Respond to messages within 24 hours on working days
- Be professional and concise in all communications
- Avoid spamming or off-topic discussions in group chats
12. Termination
Flux PR Lab reserves the right to terminate participation for:
- Violation of code of conduct
- Consistent non-participation
- Failure to meet minimum requirements
In case of termination, no refund will be provided for the remaining duration.
13. Limitation of Liability
Flux PR Lab is not liable for:
- Career outcomes or job placement results
- Technical issues during online sessions
- Disputes arising from third-party platforms or services
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as needed. Participants will be notified of material changes.
15. Agreement
By submitting your internship application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and code of conduct.
